MONDAYS-THURSDAYS will generally have lighter foot traffic with more seating for available for a dine-in experience. FASTPASS Reservations are NOT REQUIRED but If you DO NOT have a FASTPASS Reservation, the FREE Virtual Line is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to wait from the comfort of anywhere doing better things with your time. PROTIP: Best time to go that’s less crowded with more tables available is between 3:00pm-7:00pm (Mon - Fri).

FRIDAYS-SUNDAYS are fast-paced high-energy vibe with limited seating available. FASTPASS Reservations & Virtual Line HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Walk-ins welcome at your own risk but FASTPASS guests will always have priority entry if there is a line.

OUR CAFE IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, BUT RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FRI-SUN, MON-THURS YOU CAN JOIN THE VIRTUAL LINE OR WALK-INS WELCOME WITH A SHORT WAIT

A FASTPASS RESERVATION (1 per person) guarantees your admission into the event at your chosen time block with reasonable wait time but DOES NOT GUARANTEE A TABLE (though we try to pace the line so 95% of guests will be able to dine-in). This is a fast-pace event on weekends where our staff will organize the seating so every party gets a table. Even with a FASTPASS reservation, expect a short wait upon arrival depending on how many people from your time block show up at the same time.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOOKING A FASTPASS RESERVATION & WAITING IN THE FREE VIRTUAL LINE?

A: FASTPASS RESERVATION WILL ENABLE YOU TO CHOOSE THE TIME YOU WANT TO ATTEND THE EVENT, WHILE THOSE STANDING IN THE VIRTUAL LINE DO NOT KNOW WHAT TIME THEY WILL BE CALLED IN. BOTH FASTPASS HOLDERS AND ACTIVATED VIRTUAL PARTIES WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN A SHORT PHYSICAL LINE UPON ARRIVAL DEPENDING ON HOW MANY PARTIES SHOW UP AT THE SAME TIME.

Q: WHY IS THERE A COST FOR FASTPASS RESERVATIONS?

A: THE SMALL COST IS WHAT EVENTBRITE CHARGES US AS THEIR FEE PER TICKET. AS A FREE ALTERNATIVE, YOU CAN ALWAYS JOIN OUR VIRTUAL STAND-BY LINE ON EVENT DAY OR TAKE A RISK WITH THE WALK-IN LINE.

Q. DO I HAVE TO BOOK A FASTPASS RESERVATION TO ENTER THE CAFE?

A. NO YOU DO NOT NEED A FASTPASS RESERVATION TO ENJOY THE CAFE. ANYONE CAN GET INTO THE FREE VIRTUAL STAND-BY LINE OR ATTEMPT TO WALK-IN WITH A RANDOM WAIT TIME. BUT FASTPASS GUESTS WILL HAVE PRIORITY ADMISSION, GET TO CHOOSE WHAT TIME THEY WANT TO ATTEND THE EVENT, AND GENERALLY HAVE A SHORTER AND BETTER WAITING EXPERIENCE.

Q: CAN I BOOK FASTPASS RESERVATIONS FOR MY WHOLE PARTY?

A: YES, 1x DEVICE MAY BOOK FASTPASS RESERVATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE PARTY (1x FASTPASS PER PERSON, UP TO 10 PEOPLE).
